Our professional services reduce risk in school and work environments while building confidence among staff members, students and the community. Our programs are proactive and are developed with the most modern training and assessment methods available.
Our Professional Security Specialists and School Security Specialists (SSS) adhere to a higher standard by exceeding all minimum requirements in the security industry. We provide the highest level of security in schools, offices, courts and events.
KDNFS Standards for entry level employment:
Professional Security/School Security Specialist
- Must have minimum 20 years of law enforcement experience.
- Certified as a Resident State Armed Security Officer.
- Resident State Permit to Carry a Handgun by a Retired Police Officer. Must successfully complete firearms qualification, as mandated by the State of Residence guidelines for Retired Police Officers and LEOSA (H.R.218).
- Must successfully complete annual Active Shooter/All Hazards Crisis Response training.
- Certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
- Annual Mental Health and Criminal Background Checks.
Event Control Specialist
- Must be eligible for Resident State Unarmed Security Officer’s certification.
- Prefer one of the following:
- Minimum twenty-four (24) months active military service with Honorable Discharge.
- Currently enrolled in University/College or possess an Associate’s degree.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Area Sales Director
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience is required
- Contacts in local school districts, private companies, etc. is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related business field is preferred
- Ethical, energetic, team player, focused on solving problems.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent financial, budget, sales quota closure and client retention management skills
