Kevin DiPatri

Kevin DiPatri

President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Kevin retired as Regional Commander of the New Jersey State Police in 2012 at the rank of Captain after twenty-five years of service. While serving in this position, he was responsible for the General Police Functions and Police Operations in twenty-two municipalities throughout the counties of Salem, Cumberland, and Cape May.

DiPatri has extensive training and experience in the following disciplines: Incident and Crisis Management, School Safety and Security, Response to Critical Incidents, Counter Terrorism Strategies, Planning, Facilitating and Evaluating Training Exercises, Conducting Security Assessments and Surveys of Infrastructures, as well as developing and providing instruction in all of these areas.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Justice from The College of New Jersey, and a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Training & Development from Seton Hall University. DiPatri is an adjunct professor at Farleigh Dickinson University and teaches at both the Graduate and Undergraduate levels.

James H. Mullins III

Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

James Mullins, III is a retired veteran of the New Jersey State Police, with 25 years of service. He retired as a Lieutenant (Station Commander) in the South Jersey region in 2013.

Mullins’ experience includes being a Nuclear Security Training Instructor for PSEG Nuclear, LLC, a Salem-Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Facility in Salem County, N.J. He is a dedicated, hard-working, trustworthy leader that embraces team building to unify personnel to achieve goals and build morale.

Mullins specializes in providing and designing customized training and professional development programs for emergency response and preparedness. He has attended over 30 specialized schools concentrating on the technical and specialty areas of: Firearms, Critical Incident Response and Mitigation, Incident Management, Homeland Security and Counter-Terrorism Strategies, Operational Planning, Crisis Exercise Development and Evaluation, and Conducting Security Assessments of Vulnerabilities for Critical Infrastructures.

A consummate professional with a reputation for integrity and delivering results in fast-paced, high-stress environments. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University where he earned a BA in Public Administration.

Jaclyn Jiras, MA, Ed.S., BS

Director of Business Affairs

Jaclyn is a retired New Jersey State Trooper and a highly accomplished executive leader with deep expertise in administrative and operational management, labor relations, contract negotiations, mediation, and workforce development. With more than 20 years of progressive law enforcement experience, she has successfully managed complex administrative functions, overseen personnel and operations, and led initiatives involving human resources management, policy development, and organizational compliance. Throughout her career, Jaclyn has earned a stellar reputation for navigating sensitive labor relations matters, serving as a trusted liaison between leadership and employee bargaining units while delivering constructive outcomes through effective conflict resolution, strategic communication, and leadership.

Currently serving as Director of Business Affairs for KD National Force Security & Investigations, LLC, (KDNFS), Jaclyn Jiras brings her extensive leadership, training, and organizational expertise to a nationally trusted provider of professional security services. KDNFS supports corporate, governmental, and critical infrastructure clients through disciplined operations, highly trained personnel, and mission driven service. In her role, Jaclyn contributes to strategic operations, workforce development, and training initiatives, applying her background in curriculum design and instruction developed through police academy programs and university level teaching as an Adjunct Professor. A confident public speaker, mentor, and organizational leader, she continues to build, guide, and support high performing teams through education, leadership, and professional development.

Lisa Acker

Lisa Acker

Director of Business Affairs

Captain Lisa Acker retired after a distinguished 25-year career with the New Jersey State Police, where she earned a reputation for strong leadership, operational expertise, and community focused service. Rising through the ranks from road trooper to Captain, Lisa held key assignments across patrol, undercover investigations, academy instruction, recruiting, and executive leadership. Her extensive experience includes serving as Bureau Chief and Executive Officer within the Community Outreach Bureau, where she led statewide recruitment and selection initiatives, coordinating police academy training, and supported trooper wellness through the Office of Peer Assistance.

 Throughout her career, Captain Acker also served as a School Resource Officer and D.A.R.E. Officer, and responded to major critical incidents, including the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and Hurricane Sandy. Her background further includes high-profile security details, such as deployment to Washington, D.C. for former President Barack Obama’s presidential inauguration and providing security for Super Bowl XLVIII in East Rutherford, New Jersey. These assignments strengthened her expertise in critical incident response, executive protection, large-scale event security, and interagency coordination.

 Currently serving as Director of Business Affairs for KD National Force Security & Investigations, LLC, (KDNFS), Lisa Acker brings her proven public safety leadership and operational experience to the private sector. KDNFS is a nationally trusted provider of professional security solutions, delivering strategic, client-focused services across corporate, governmental, and critical infrastructure environments. In her role, Lisa supports business operations, client relations, and organizational strategy, helping ensure KD National Force Security & Investigations continues to deliver reliable, mission-driven security services grounded in integrity, accountability, and experience.

Michael Tierney

Michael Tierney is a seasoned law enforcement and security professional with more than 25 years of experience dedicated to public safety, leadership, and community engagement. Throughout his distinguished career with the New Jersey State Police, Michael demonstrated exceptional leadership by guiding and mentoring teams at all organizational levels. His commitment to integrity, effective policing, and building community trust has been central to his approach. As the former Commandant of the New Jersey State Police Academy, he was responsible for overseeing recruit training, enforcing discipline, and managing administrative functions, where he played a critical role in developing future state troopers through strong leadership, accountability, and high standards.

 Now serving as Director of Training for KD National Force Security and Investigations, LLC, (KDNFS), Michael Tierney brings his extensive command level experience and training expertise to the private security sector. KD National Force Security and Investigations is a nationally recognized provider of comprehensive security solutions, supporting corporate, governmental, and critical infrastructure clients with professionalism and precision. In his role, Michael contributes strategic insight, operational leadership, and training focused expertise to ensure KD National Force Security & Investigations continues to deliver dependable, mission driven security services grounded in experience, preparation, and trust.

Christopher Everwine

Christopher Everwine is a highly accomplished public safety executive with over 26 years of progressive experience in municipal law enforcement. Rising through the ranks from Patrolman to Chief of Police for the East Greenwich Township Police Department, he successfully managed all aspects of departmental operations, including million-dollar budgets, regional SWAT operations, and complex internal affairs. Throughout his career, Christopher built a distinguished reputation for integrity and effective leadership, serving as a trusted liaison between government officials and community stakeholders while navigating high-stakes public safety environments.

 Christopher serves as the Director of Recruitment for K.D. National Force Security & Investigations Agency LLC, where he leverages his operational expertise to lead comprehensive talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives. In this role, he ensures the organization maintains its elite standards by sourcing top-tier law enforcement personnel for specialized roles. Additionally, he provides strategic leadership in executive protection and threat assessment, contributing his extensive background in risk management to protect high-level clients and critical environments with professionalism and disciplined oversight.
